My dearest
One of my hobbies is scouring all the thrift stores to collect beautiful things. I like to look at the art that can be found there, to get inspired as well as to look at the frames. My eyes fell on this brown frame with golden details, and I also found the figure in the painting interesting. I knew immediately that this would be the frame in which I would make my mother's birthday painting. My mother loves nature, in the spring she often stops at the beautiful trees that are in bloom during our walks. She is also a bird lover, her favorite bird is the robin. In the design there is a small robin hidden somewhere between the cherry blossoms. A dear painting for a dear woman and that also by reusing a work of art. The man with the book can therefore still be found on the back of the painting - cohesion of old and new.
